Cedar Row Property Management

My experience with Cedar Row has been extremely positive. The managers are quick to respond to questions, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would gladly recommend them to others.

I have been living at Cedar Row Apartments for 2 years, and my experience has been wonderful. The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping that makes it feel like home.

My son and I both loved renting from Cedar Row! They were kind, courteous, and very respectful that our apartment was our home, not just their property. Every maintenance request and or concern was handled promptly and appropriately! Not to mention that we recently needed to reach out to them over a year AFTER they sold the property we were living in, and they responded immediately and helped us to the best of their ability while they were on vacation! I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

If you are a student attending SCSU and want to live off campus, I cannot stress how much better Cedar Row is over the other options in this area. What really sets these people apart from the others is how quickly they respond to service calls. So many other students in the area tell me stories about waiting months to get their heat / air conditioning fixed or living with roaches for more than a year. I have never had this experience with Cedar Row. Every time we told them about a problem they responded most often within the same or next day. Even if they couldn't get the job done same day they kept updating us constantly about progress. Seriously, I cannot stress enough how much of a difference maker this one aspect makes. We have been renting with cedar row for three years now, and have had no problems with them. They have been very accommodating to all of us girls. In certain situations, they have always respected our privacy and helped us with any issues we encounter. They have such good communication with each other as a business and with all our roommates as well. They are all very nice and welcoming people! If you choose to rent with anyone in St. Cloud, let it be cedar row!
