The manager, Kaleigh, had the maintenance truck blocking five of the guest spaces (having put cones in two spaces to simply take up space), leaving only about 75% of guest spaces available… on a Saturday. This was the first time I have never had a place to park min the visitor’s section… there has always been room before they put their truck there. I was a visitor and had no where to park, so I parked in one of the numerous empty resident spaces, and parked at the bottom of the hill to not take up any space close to the apartments. Apparently this apartment complex has a deal with Floyd’s Wrecker Service, and they drive through the area every couple weeks to see if there are any visitors in residential spaces. We lived in this apartment for 5 years. For the price, we lived comfortable for several years. However during our last few years there things started going downhill. The maintenance man was very kind, but we continuously had our dishwasher break, not draining properly which caused it to mold, and the issue never being truly fixed. We started getting frequent trespassers on the property who would loiter and knock on tenants’ doors, and then our vehicle was broken into (along with many other tenants that same night) with no help from the office to get footage from their video camera to give to law enforcement. Avoid at all costs! This place is a complete scam, preying on tenants with deceptive lease agreements, surprise rent hikes, and outrageous move-out charges for bogus "damages" even when they’re already renovating the units. They’ll even try to charge you for your pet after you’ve moved out, just to squeeze more money out of you. Management is rude, unresponsive, and treats residents like an inconvenience rather than valued tenants. Worst of all, they’ve been known to throw away residents’ mail, which is a federal crime. If you value honesty, fairness, and decent customer service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this place is nothing but a money trap.

Noisy, crazy dogs that bark their head off non-stop; even in the corresponding neighborhood surrounding the apartment. Rent is NOT worth the 800-950-sqft, which is small, low quality outdated appliances you're stuck with, which is ironic, because rent will go up all the time, usually over things that don't improve or benefit the apartment. The parking situation is horrendous, because there are usually family / friends of tenants who NEVER park in visitor parking, as well as people constantly hitting your car while parking, because th
