Cedar Ridge Apartments

The office staff is very rude, every since Gene Gick took over the apartment complex has been going down. The trash is over flowing, the maintenance requests is not fulfilled. The turn the apartment complex into low income/affordable living and now estimates your income and increase your rent renewal without proper notice. I moved in my apartment prior to Glickman taking over and they raised my rent to $855.00 for a one bedroom and I moved in at $700.00. Kelly the assistant manager is very rude and unprofessional. Her and Jasmine from residents relations estimated my income without fully input from the whole year and they The hall way dirty and add income that was not consistent. Please don’t hesitate to look at other apartments cause you will be treated poorly here

Since Glick has taken over the property....Trash is no longer picked up, can't get anyone from the office to answer the phone. If you do get an answer they are pretty rude, horrible dispositions. They charge for maintenance. The parking is ridiculous. It is clear they are running this place like a business and could care less about their residence and their comfort. The staff makes rude comments about the elderly with other residence. Everything is a inconvenience now. Glick is doing a horrible job, before they took over the apartments none of these issues were an issue. Do better, people are paying to live in discomfort and Glick seems to be ok with that.

I moved from a small town and was really happy with how quite and relaxing the community is. My unit was an upstairs two bedroom with a wood burning fireplace, which was really nice in the winter!! The grounds are well kept both in the summer and winter. They truly care about the cosmetics and up keep of the community. The maintance staff is quick to respond to work orders and they make you feel like your needs ARE important. The cost was will worth the service. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone!

I have lived here since October 2013, and the only reason I'm moving is because I'm purchasing a home. The apartments are taken care of, they've put new roofs on all the buildings, repaired and updated all patio/balcony areas and resealed the parking lot (maybe twice??) in the 4 years ive been here. The maintenance staff is awesome and repairs are made same day or next day when needed (or in the middle of the night if needed), they have terminex come out twice a year for preventative sprays. The parking lot is well lit at night and the grounds are well cared for, and you can always find a parking space, even if you come home late. Overall, Cedar Ridge has been one of the best apartment communities Ive lived in in Indy.

Really nice place to live. Staff is great. Purchased a home on February 16th. The rent was going up to, so I decided to purchase a home instead and have more privacy.
