Cedar Ridge Apartments

I have lived here three years. They really deserve not less than 5 star. Good neighborhood, promptly services and clean compound. Easy to reach when you need help. Gyms, restaurants, sums club, bank and malls next street. Elementary and meddle schools are not far. Big space when moving in and out. My children enjoyed here and didn’t want the move out but mom has lost job with JBS and has to move Omaha to find another job.

Jeff the maintenance man is amazing, does things properly and makes sure it's done. Never felt like something was done wrong, never felt like I was being an annoyance. Couldn't ask for more.

I inquired for apartments here. I was told they could add me to the waiting list. Office staff was very warm and welcoming. I understand why this complex has such a long waiting list. I look forward to moving in to the apartments some day !

do not move here!!! they’re raising the rent to over 1,000 dollars because of “improvements” yet i’m starting to notice roaches in the hallways and today i saw a mice! A MICE!!! I don’t know about you but mice and roaches are not improvements. i’ve lived here 2 years now and have never noticed them until now. they have gotten worse about keeping up with pest control! i do not recommend moving here. save your money. get a house (EDIT) It has been 4 months since i posted this and i’m still catching mice. Dont lie and say you guys care so much and wanna resolve the issue, 1,000 a month is not worth it. i do not recommend it to anybody (EDIT AGAIN) It is now January 14 2024, rent was raised for improvements yet nobody has came to clean the snow, the sidewalks are icy and covered in snow, eve

Been living here for 2+ Years and I absolutely love it! So nice and calm!! Definitely recommend living here! Susi will make sure you feel very welcomed here!!
