Cedar Pointe Apartments

I've been trying to get in touch with anyone at Cedar Point Apartments to fill out an application to rent an apartment. The office door says that it's open but no one has been there in over 2 weeks. The number listed online is disconnected and the website takes me to apartments in Columbus, GA instead of Warner Robins. I really need someone to get in touch with me or at least provide me with a decent number or website to fill out an application. Not a good place to look for an apartment. Pulled into the 2nd entrance to see apartments with boarded up windows, apartments with broken windows. The office manager had told is to come by and look but when we got there she was leaving and had the maintenance man show us a 1 bedroom apartment while we were looking for a 3 bedroom. Wasn't really a good representation of what to expect from what I was looking to rent.

This is the best budget friendly, highly decent for the price apartment complex that is available here in the warner robins area. I know that for a fact because ive did my research here recently looking for a new place to reside. They are the cheapest apartments available in warner robins and They are fairly nice too. I cant find one thing to complain about these apartments. I know someone who stays there and her apartment is nice. Its not too big or too small, not nasty or dirty and they dont have a high crime rate or people hanging out outside all the time like some of the other low budget places around. This is no place for decent people. Do not make the same mistake I made thinking that you can suffer through it for the "*expected savings". First of all there are no savings to be had; inefficient appliances make utility bills extremely high. Practical real life example; One Bedroom Cedar Pointe Apt Rent+Utility $375+$195=$570. Think about where and what you could afford for $570. Electricity at just about any other apartment complex will not exceed $60 FYI you can call Flint Energy and find out the average energy cost for each unit. If your curiosity gets the best of you and you decide to visit these apartments do your best to pay attention to detail. If these apartments were any good, would the parking lot be empty? This place is in terrible need of a total remodel. 1/3 of the units are condemned, or uninhabitable due to, fire damage, storm damage, or just plain lack of maintenance. The driveways, and parking lot areas are riddled with potholes, and cracks. This place needs serious help.
