Cedar Point by Century Communities

We were initially excited about buying a home from Century Complete. That excitement quickly wore off. For starters, they rushed our closing date and acted like we were rushing it. Closing happened before the home was completely finished, and they made a "To-Do List" of things they promised to get done in writing if we closed when they wanted us to close. We have been in our home for almost 6 months and the To-Do List has still not been completed. To make matters worse, we were told to rely heavily on the warranty. The warranty people have been ignoring us for 4 months now. Our plumbing has issues and is currently leaking into our garage and no one will get back to us. Our neighbors and people in our community have been having similar problems and complain about never hearing back. My bro

I have been waiting on a builders warranty claim to be completed for months. Just seams like they are to busy are they don’t care to take care of my claim. Be very careful when buying from century complete.
