I am managing member of D&S Consulting LLC, owner of a unit in Devonshire Court , Charlotte North Carolina. A recent sewer issue that required emergency response has not been handled by Cedar at all. A January 1,2026 letter to HOA has , as of January 31,2026 brought no action by the Cedar Management comp[any. Repeated calls get no where and the property manager Michelle will not call me to discuss. my numerous calls have never got me past the reception blockers. They have trained them well to keep homeowners from getting to anyone who can answer a question. Even the Charlotte regional manager Jessica won't return a call. They are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. absolutely worthless. I hit the one star only because it won't let me post without 1 star. de

Would give 0 stars if possible. Violations are absurd. Don’t let your trash can sit out until you get off work the same day they pick it up. Hopefully you get off work before 5 pm or they will cite you while you have people parking in yards and fences up throughout neighborhood with different color stain on different sections of them. Sold my home moved to a new home. They still email me violations even though I don’t own the home and just sent me a yearly statement for this year to pay even though I don’t own property there anymore. Have told them 8 times now the home is sold and they should know it’s sold because I had to pay them $500 to get forms to attorneys to approve me to sell my home which is ridiculous in itself. Terrible company to deal with period would highly recommend avoidin

I'm frustrated with this HOA company. Either there is NO communication from them or the Board is the issue, not sure who to blame. They have a portal for you to make inquiries, but they seem to never respond to the inquiries. Over a span of a months' time, I sent 3 inquiries and had to call twice to ask for a manager before they would respond. If you're waiting on the board to respond, let us know, send a status email, something. This is not the first time. They can schedule hearings with the board about some damaged blinds but can't respond to simple inquiries. They have me scheduled for a hearing about damaged blinds, that I replaced back in September. While you're scheduling hearings about damaged blinds, HOA needs to be pushing the board to get working cameras in our subdivision.

We are working on closing on a home where the HOA management group recently switched over to Cedar. Our title company has been reaching out since January 6th and have still not gotten the documents that they need to close. I have also tried reaching out myself in hopes to get a different contact, and have only been provided the same closing email contact that the title company is still waiting to get information from. Very unsatisfied with this untimely assistance and the lack of urgency. We are set to close this Wednesday, the 28th, and this is likely going to be a inexcusable delay because we can’t get these documents on time; we have all kinds of appointments scheduled for maintenance repairs/ utility switch overs that will need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to this lack of account

Cedar Management / Forest Ridge Condominium Association. By far THE worst Association ever to exist!!! Problems are NEVER resolved, EVERYTHING falls on the homeowner. I'm not sure what I'm paying into? Fees continue to go up with no clear explanation, we share a dumpster with an apartment complex that's ALWAYS full. The water is constantly shut off with little to no notice. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot, pet owners walk pets without an bag. THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE COVID!!!!! No assigned parking, so when you come home from a long day of working, you can't park in front of YOUR home. This management in my opinion is TRASH!!!!! They can NEVER answer or assist to a problem, but the minute your late on a payment lol they sure no how to reach out, and threaten collections. But
