MAN DON'T MOVE HERE MOVE AND LEASE YEA OK THE APARTMENT WAS NICE WE THOUGHT ROACHES WERE BAD AND THE WALLS SO THIN YOU COULD HERE EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING PEOPLE WAS RUDE UO FRONT SWITCHED OWNERS AND KICKED PEOPLE OUT VERY TRASH I WOULDN'T MOVE BACK I REMEMBER WE CAME BACK OUT SAME APARTMENT WAS EMPTY AND OPEN 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 A YEAR LATER DAMNNNN GINNNA ITS A NO FOR ME

I lived here from 2020-2021 and i can say the units were decent. Not a lot of space. Definitely over priced for what you are getting. The community in phase 2 was pretty close knit and solid but ive heard things about it since I have moved that are disturbing. I would not move back though, but to each their own

Constant homeless presence at tower 2. Under new management now and they seem nice. But the locations a bit rough. We stayed through our lease but it wasn't what we thought. Units were definitely clean on the surface but stuff was left undone in our unit. Painted right over bugs and hair. Trash everywhere. Including literal trash, we had valet trash pickup but they stopped about 4 months ago. And all the tenants or at least the worst seemed to just throw theirs right by the dumpster instead of in it. They continued to charge for valet trash even though we had to take it ourselves. She took it off when I asked the office though. Had people try to sell me things like a half empty drill bit set for a dollar, constant cigarette requests and eyeballing. A swat raid recently and that guy who had

Very family friendly, super clean. Overall a wonderful location. Me and my 3 kids moved in 6 months ago and we have had a very positive experience. We feel very safe here.

Great community, love the staff! They are always ready to help you. Facilities are also very well maintained. My kids love playing there while I rest at the pool :)
