Bad experience so far after only a few months – would not recommend. I’ve only been living here for a few months, and the experience has already been disappointing. The leasing office is incredibly disorganized, which raises serious concerns about how things will be handled in the long run. When we moved in, I asked about a standard move-in inspection (something every apartment should do), and I was told they simply don’t do them. That’s a huge red flag, especially when it comes time to move out and deal with potential charges. On day one, we noticed a broken door and shelf. I reported it right away—maintenance came and fixed the door, but the shelf was never taken care of. Even after two follow-ups and maintenance visits, it’s still not resolved. At this point, we’ve just given up on it
Didn’t want to review bad. But have to review now. #1) These apartments have seems like it has thin walls, You can hear everyone next to your walls. If (you’re tryna make a baby, please do it quietly!! No hard smashing!) #2) Winter time. If live on the bottom floor, Going back to reason #1 the walls maybe not as insulated. That’s why you can hear everyone. The heaters and will run forever trying to heat your place. It gets cold very fast. Good luck on electric bill. #3)Kitchen Exhaust Fans. Air doesn’t go out, but just recirculate. If you are cooking good food, your whole apartment will smell and stick to everything, and the cabinet above the exhaust will get covered in grease. They Recently enacted a No Gas/Charcoal grill. So you cannot cook anything outside anymore. #4) If you ar
I lived in the apartment complex for several years in multiple units. The first few years were great, except for the last year when we had to move out due to constant noises during the night. When we moved into our last unit, we noticed the carpet was heavily soiled with sand. I tried cleaning it, but no matter how many times I vacuumed, it always contained soil. Upon moving out, the property management kept our security deposit and asked us to pay for carpet replacement, even though they had provided us with a carpet inspection paper dated while we still lived in the apartment unit. Despite our follow-up questions, the property management never responded but continued to demand payment for the carpet replacement. I would say it’s the worst property management company in the PNW.
After moving out, they withheld over $500 from my security deposit, claiming carpet damage. However, despite multiple emails challenging these charges, the leasing office failed to provide any evidence of the supposed damage, mostly choosing to ignore the emails altogether. Communication with the leasing office is a nightmare. Most emails and calls go unanswered, and when they do respond, they claim that any charges can only be reversed by "Corporate"—a convenient excuse that leaves residents in limbo. What makes this even worse is that we had a pre-move-out inspection with the leasing office, and no issues with the carpet were mentioned at the time. Additionally, I agree with other reviewers who pointed out the poor sound insulation. The walls are incredibly thin, and you can easily he
The biggest issue was that they engaged in deceptive practices with rent charges, including double-charging me for two prorated days during my move-out month. It took them about four months to fix their accounting mistakes. They also took my $500 deposit and charged an additional $600 for carpet replacement, even though the carpet was already 4 years old(No evidence was provided as to when this carpet was installed.). They couldn’t provide any proof, except for a questionable carpet cleaning service that couldn’t be reached by phone and two pictures showing ripped carpet with underneath stains(Salas Carpet Cleaning LLC)that could have been from any other apartment. I know this because first they sent me a carpet cleaning invoice for a different apartment. My move in mistake was not documen
