Cedar Grove

Love the area and community. Been here a long time and my dog loves the dog park. I just wish they would accommodate my request for a new bathroom mirror. It's old, has a lot of rust/stains all across the top portion and makes it look bad in here. Other apartments are getting new renovations and all I want is a new mirror lol

Lived here for the last 4 years. Apartment management team is nice. However, complex is not cared for. Grills have been in complete disrepair the entire time, all amenities are broken, run down, furniture broken & dirty. Breeze ways need painted. Hole in main drive for past year- zero updates from property team. Yet rent goes up. Not Luxury apartments.

Love my huge 2-bedroom apartment! There’s tons of cabinet space in the kitchen which is great because I cook and bake a lot. The courtyard is really nice and big, plus there’s a little dog park for my pup so she can run around without a leash on to burn off some energy. Very walkable with sidewalks throughout the community, easy access to shopping and dining next door. Tim, Shanice, and Alexis are always professional and polite. Happy to be here and happy with the apartment

Love it here. The community is so welcoming. I love that there are events every month offered by the staff for the residents to participate in. At the start of football season they had a kick off party with catering bbq at the pool area where they had 2 different games on both big screen tvs. It's also close to shopping and so many restaurants. I think what I like the most is its quite and you don't really get that apartment feel. The units are big enough that it's more like a home. Plus there is on-site storage and garage rentals.

It is suppose to be a Smoke Free environment, however, it’s NOT! I deal with the constant smell of marijuana in my apartment coming through the vents from my neighbor apartment. Have made a few complaints to no avail. Valet trash is not always removed at least once or twice a week. Quest are often parked in residents spots…so what good is having a sticker on your vehicle? Only to be offered to pay an additional $50 a month for reserved parking. The fees are never ending and exhausting…#EndlessFees on a not so new 23 year old property🙁
