I would only suggest living here if you don't have any standards and don't mind the filth, loud music all times of the night, the kids the parents don't watch or control, broken windows, rats and roaches. And don't forget about the murders that have happened. Alot of gang activity. The audacity to raise the rent more than $150 and they purposely won't tell you until its time to renew and by then you don't even have time to find a new place. I was so ready to leave I was out before the lease was up and moved into my new place.

if i could give this place a negative rating i would. The complex is dirty, beer cans everywhere! Roaches are everywhere! The owner of this place is a joke. We tried getting in contact with him but he wouldn’t even let us speak!! A lot of crime here. My packages have gotten stolen from my mailbox, and my door! Do not recommend for families.

Trash all over the place, loud music people outside drinks beer . So I heard up and scratched them off my list of looking for apartments to move into will not be moving in these apartments. Looks Nasty around the apartment so hopefully someone in management sees this or the owner and make changes . Wanted to be close to my family who lives the area .

I don’t recommend living in this apartment it’s horrible lots of trash stolen bikes plus kids were throwing my packages stealing and opening them plus the mailbox is super dirty your stuff gets robbed and you car get towed plus it scratches and breaking your cars window and there’s a lot of people drinking beer with loud music plus fix this issue or else will going to sued this apartment

Horrible.. If you have kids If you hate roaches If you hate bed bugs If you have a nice car it will be scratched. You will be robbed in parking. I warned you. When it rains it rains inside.Everithing is so old is falling apart.Mold inside walls and air vents.Management is obsolete.
