Cedar Glen Apartments

We've been here 3 years and have really nothing to complain about. It's a clean quite and nice community. Management is very nice and always helpful when needed. There is security and always have workers on-site maintaining the place. My favorite part is there are no roaches, which apartments tend to have. I would recommend this apartment home to anyone.

The office manager Claudia and the Assistant Manager Maria as well as the maintenance staff are very reliable, competent and highly professionals. When we need help and requested for assistance, they immediately helped. The neighborhood are also helpful and respectful. They offered help when you asked for it. We always went on a trip out of town or states and we have peace of mind to leave our place for a week or more. We can call this home forever. We have always parking when we come and go. The amenities are great too. Our office personnel are great as well as the maintenance staff and incomparable to other apartments when it comes to management, amenities, parking, services and neighborhoods. This has been sometime coming and I must say Cedar Glen staff are a breath of fresh air. I have been residing at this property for over Ten years. The reason for my current review is because I just renewed my lease at this property. It’s a well gated and safe neighborhood. The property is well managed and the apartment manager Claudia and her assistant Myra are exceptional professionals who take care of all their tenants. Claudia and Myra are attentive and handle numerous request during my stay and have always gone above and beyond in the pursuit of taking care of my many different requests. The maintenance are also a very efficient team and during the course of my time here, there have been a few different personnel but the current crew have been exceptionally great in how they approach

Terrible apartments. Rent goes up VERY often, about 3 times a year. Rooms are small. There is NEVER any parking. You get an assigned parking and 1-2 parking passes but there’s never any parking so you have to wait hours for someone to leave. They only give you 2 remotes for the gate and charge $50 for another one. The gate only opens with a remote both ways, so if you don’t have a remote you have to wait to get out. Water gets turned off about every week or so for maintenance. So glad my family and i got out of there 2 years ago.
