Cedar Gardens Apartments

Lisa Cathy was my manager at wood manor in Durant ok. She was the best property manager we ever had. She was very attentive and handled everything with grace and professionalism. Nothing was left undone. And most of all treated everyone like her own family.

Management is attentive to any issues I have. Issues are quickly resolved with a smile. Love my environment and will be extending my residency at Cedar Gardens because of the above and beyond effort made by L. Raiburn and Dan- maintenance. Thank you for making my house a home.

I actually stay here. I have had no problems since I have moved in. Application process was fast. Manager Nicole gave me a tour of the apartment. I have stayed here for about 4 months now. Every time there was an issue inside the apartment, they were always ready to help, Dan would be there in a quick moment. It is a super quiet neighborhood as well. It is a great place to stay. Thank you Nicole and Dan. Nothing but positive vibes.

Homeless camp and people parking behind the complex are breaking boards off the fence and looking through people's patios.. The fence behind the complex is literally about to collapse. The entrance to the property is a dangerous one. Brick walls at the entrance create a huge blindspot for cars entering & exiting. And most importantly, children. I've watched people get struck multiple times. The complex must not care or something, idk. What could fix a good amount of issues with traffic in and out of the complex is re opening the gate at the back of the complex for vehicles leaving and entering. Traffic off that main road is terrible, and you will be sitting for a while. The complex could be a damn good one if we had security and these problems fixed. Keep out public foot traffic. My cars

Stayed for about a year. Never used the dishwasher and it kept overflowing and leaking into kitchen. Asked for repair and we were blamed for it. Manager made excuses we must used it... made request for a fix in the bathroom and the guys came in without permission and mud all over the place, and on our couch and carpet. I made complaints but manager responded. As we were leaving, manger said all accounts taken care of now. And we left but never got our deposit back. Half a year later found collections agency asking for $ from that apartment... that manager made a mess of everything and when we tried to contact she wasn’t there anymore and new management did not want to help. But we contested the entire thing. What a headache! Never go there!
