Cedar Creek Village Apartments

So we started living there back in September of last year not only was there, black mold, growing all within the windows but the water that they have running through tap is chlorinated so you cannot drink it management does not care about you. They will choose their daughter over anybody the one that lives in unit six in building 30. Management is horrible and will lie to your face about anything. They allow certain things to happen within the buildings that shouldn’t be allowed for anybody else but it’s an exception for the daughter. It is absolutely disgusting to live here baseboards are lifted. Floors are creaky roaches everywhere. Please do not rent here. Lived here for over 2 years when we moved to Van Buren. The reviews back then were decent. Apparently they changed managers about that time, as the new management team is very rude and not concerned about their tenants. Pool is closed more than it is open, and snotty emails from management when it is closed. In the 2 years we were here they kept raising the rent, over $200 a month above original rent. I see a lot of other reviews in the last couple of years reflect the poor attitude of management. There are plenty of other places for rent, keep looking...

I’ve been here for almost 2 years. Rent is affordable. If you have maintenance issues you can submit a request online and it’s handled/resolved fairly quickly. The property managers are friendly and generally don’t bother you, unless you’re doing something wrong of course. My carpet does need replaced as it’s matted/very aged. But I haven’t put in a request for it since it’d be a lot of work to move furniture, plus I work from home. So that’s on me, not them. Lol As for other tenants, I haven’t had any issues with those living here. In fact, I get along with all but one of the neighbors near me. Lived here for 5 years! Never been in trouble and always paid rent on time! Place is ran by very poorly people who don’t care about anything in their units! They ended serving me a non releasing agreement say we had 30 days to move! I called and spoke to the manager and all she said is she didn’t have to have a reason to tell me that I had to be moved out! Highly recommend no one moving here the bug problem here is extremely bad and they don’t take care of it at all… they keep moving rent up on renters here all the time and it’s absolutely not worth it! Save y’all the time and hassle and find other better places in Van Buren this place ain’t worth it

Won’t be surprised if I get evicted outta no where without reason after leaving this review by the look of the other comments. Lived here over a year and never missed a payment. First payment missed on my second 1 year lease and they charged me a $50 fee and $15 every day until the 17th. I had some emergencies come up and fell behind that month and they agreed to waive the fees for me until the 17th. I planned on paying cash and didn’t realize the 17th fell under a Saturday, they are closed Saturdays so I couldn’t bring the money to them. I paid the rent and the $50 late fee as agreed on the 19th which fell under a Monday 2 days later.
