We had an outstanding experience living at this apartment complex for one year! The community environment was welcoming and pleasant, with a variety of housing options to suit different needs. The staff members, especially Nick and Emma, were always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making everything from move-in to daily living smooth and hassle-free. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently, showing a true commitment to resident comfort. As an influencer, I found the cozy and well-designed interiors to be a huge plus, making it a perfect space for shooting Instagram videos. I am staying at the wonderful Cedar Creek Apartments! Inside of the apartments is more than neat and every facilities are very good condition. Plus, maintenance officers are very friendly and kind. I have been visiting the office more than ten times, but they were always smiled! And, they fixed every stuff in a second, when I requested! The only thing that I am worrying is that I definitely will move to another city after graduation. Before graduation, I really want to stay here for a long time... I love my apartments!! Thanks kind officers!!

This is the first apartment we got since me and my wife got married, so it is the special place for us. We loved everything about this apartment complex, especially the staff was amazing. I would like to thank Nick, Emma and Jorge for making our stay special and enjoyable. Maintenance requests were always responded quickly and the issues were solved immediately. Apartment had washer and dryer inside the unit so it was very convenient. Another plus was the fireplace, it is both visually appealing and fun to spend time around it by building a fire during the winter. The balcony was huge as well. I recommend this place for everybody who looks for a home to stay.

My fellow tenants, When you move out, don't waste your time cleaning. We spent the whole day wiping down the fridge, every cabinet, the floors, windows, vacuuming the carpet, and cleaning the bathroom. Yet, they still graciously charged us $140 for cleaning plus $70 for carpet cleaning. We called them to inquire about the cleaning fee they took out from our deposit, and they told us to email them and they would review our case. Weeks have past, and still they don't bother to respond. If the apartment owner wouldn't have been happy with our cleaning standards, I wish they could have told us sooner. Hell, say there's a mandatory cleaning fee when we move out. We would have paid that fee instead of wasting our time, energy, and cleaning solution money cleaning the apartment for you.

Cedar Creek is a decent enough place to rent. It is one of the places of all time, that's for sure. The cost of a 2 bedroom unit is a little below the average and the location is nice and quiet. The maintenance requests were addressed adequately and the management for the most part was kind. There are some downsides though. The ac in the units drains electricity and takes forever to cool down the unit, creating a large electric bill. There are also numerous wasps nests and infestations that plagued the stairwell and doors of our unit. HOWEVER, be aware that the security deposit return was the worst part of cedar creek. First of all, I did not receive it within 30 days of surrendering the unit (See Texas 92.103 about your 30 day returns btw). Second, it does not seem to matter how clean th
