I'm not one to leave many reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it's due. I have lived here for almost 9 years now and I'm quite pleased with everything the staff has done. Rosa, the manager and all the maintenance staff has been friendly and professional! They just put in brand new floors in my apartment and have been updating my apartment as much as they can without me having to move out. It's starting to feel like I moved into a new apartment! Lol Whenever I submit a work order for something that needs to be fixed, it is fixed within 24 hours unless they need to have a contractor come in to do the repairs. I currently live here and it’s quiet for the most part. The outside of the property is rundown and needs a serious facelift but my apartment is updated ok. I have had issues with maintenance entering my apartment unannounced more than once. The most recent incident happened while I was home and thankfully had both licks locked. They tried to enter without letting me know and without knocking. I saw the lock turning. When they realized I was home they began to knock but never announced themselves. I have a doorbell but it was not used. I now have cameras outside and inside my apartment since they are never at fault for these things. Who else would have a key to my apartment. I lived here since November . I love it here and would recommend any and everyone to live here. I truly enjoyed the Christmas Party in December Mardi gras dinner 2night. . Everything was amazing from the food as well as staff.. and special shout out to Rosa who is Awesome

Well I moved in 2025. And a mess it was. Ac messed up was dripping in the tub like 3 times in the summer. Dishwasher rack was broken they never fixed it. When it rains look out the rooms will flood. In the restroom behind the wall dripping. Well was told that's was do to the apt being old. They charge you for everything FYI. They charged me for my bf old apt sewage saying it was stoped up and how everyone has there own water.. but yet when I moved in and the upstairs neighbors turned on there shower well our water got hot hmm. Cockroach infested! Garbage disposal has not worked for almost a year and it has not been replaced though we reported it. Toilet flooded twice in 6 months and the carpet was was not replaced despite that it was damaged and still smells awful! Dish washer improperly installed and has not been fixed as well.! 0ne day late on rent and you will be charged $100.00 late fee with no grace period at all. I don't recommend this complex! Most units are empty and uninhabitable with no sheet rock and exposed walls! Think twice about renting or leasing...
