Let me just say, I am thankful to have a roof over my head but no one deserves to live like this. The inside of the apartment smells like a sewer and poop. Maintenance and landlord been notified several times. I have been told that they can’t smell it and that one time they did smell it, they smelled it a little bit but not much. Most of the time, I don’t want to come home because I already know what I am going to be dealing with. Very depressing.

Where do I begin. The lack of upkeep on their townhomes is really disappointing. We had to secure our glass sliding door with a little pole bc the locks didn’t work. Hot water in the shower would only last about 8 to 10 minutes if you were lucky. Sinks would stay backing up to the point I ended up unclogging them myself bc we had reported the issues numerous of times only for nothing to ever get done. They would say well we tried to call and schedule a time to come in and fix issues but yet we never had a call on our phones from the office. Cops were steady called to our neighborhood bc grown people wantin to fight right in front of children. Then some tenants would lock their kids outside all bc they couldn’t control them so they would stand outside and bang on the door screaming and cryi

The maintenance could be a whole lot better when Wainright was Management soon as u said u had a issue with the Unit they would come ASAP to fix the problem since Cd Property has taken over I been residing at this Unit several yrs I am very disappointed in the Maintenance but I'm going to be thankful for my Blessings that I have a roof over my head

Tyrant of a man the owner!! I was locked out of the apartment, they boarded the windows and door! Rent was paid!! They boarded my belongings up ! I’m a disabled single woman, with a registered service dog. My medication, clothes, dogs food, everything taken from me. This landlord practices self help evictions! Lawyers told me that’s what he did he also shut down my electricity and put a lock on my electric box! So I couldn’t have AC or lights. This landlord talked to me like a child and treated me like I’m less than human! But he sure did cash that $800 dollars in money orders I paid for. Well now my dog and I are living in my car… I should be able to get some medicine soon I’ve had to wait for the insurance to come back around for the month to pay for my medication it’s been rough Septem
