CCL Management

I am an out-of-state property owner and have been using CCL to manage several residential properties for the past 8 years. They do an outstanding job of finding suitable tenants that will reasonably care for the property and pay the rent on time. Their staff is readily available by phone or email, and their maintenance department has an eye towards doing preventive work that will save you money in the long run. When repairs are needed, they are able to find vendors to do the job for a fair price. Their financial statements are concise and easy to understand and make year end tax planning a breeze. They have exceeded my expectations and literally take the worry out of being an out-of-state property owner.

I do not recommend CCL Management. They do not properly prep or clean their properties prior to move in dates and if issues occur, they take months to correct them. They have poor customer service and will not apologize or keep on top of issues. You have to ask for updates by emailing or calling and you’re lucky if they get back to you in a timely manner. This is our first time renting with this company and we can’t believe they are still in business. Steer clear of them at all costs. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to signing a lease with them.

I wish I could give them a 0 stars. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM CCL MANAGEMENT!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!! As you can see ALL the horriable reviews below, mine won't be any better!! I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before we moved in. Their, staff is the most unprofessional staff I've ever delt with in my life, they went through 3 different receptionists in our 6 months there!! The apartment was filthy when we moved in. 4 hours, two people an 2 buckets of clorox wipes later it was clean. The day we moved in 2 different neighbors told us "you guys shouldn't have moved here, their horriable ". They both told us they were moving out ASAP. I've worked with CCL to manage a rental property for the past 5 or so years. Feels like I get top-notch attention and value with a personalized, friendly feel (almost always phone calls rather than emails, friendly staff). They're also reasonable with maintenance updates and easy to work with. Appreciate what they do!

CCL is completely reliable, in all aspects of property management. In all the years they've taken care of my rental property, I've never encountered a single problem. They are professional, knowledgeable, highly efficient, and extremely pleasant in all interactions. Highly recommend!
