The Appraiser Richard Casey Fowler claims to have 32+ years experience but didn't meet my expectations for following reasons 1. Double booked my appointment 2. Couldn't complete the job first time and had to return to take more pictures 3. At the end the appraisal value is 50K less than other appraisals I received in the past for following two reasons. His price for SFT is $125 in Los Angeles which is $35 less than what an insurance company is willing to pay In a 70 to 80 year old neighborhood he took old home to compare against a 3 year old construction. I expect him to increase the radius and compare it with newer homes in my area.

In this world dealing with customer can be difficult I was one of those difficult clients I had been told by my broker some incorrect info when I called Richard to discuss I was upset and frustrated. Richard made it a point to speak with me even though I was upset. This action convinced me he was genuinely concerned for the outcome and my well being. If not for his findings I could have bought a house with legal issues that would have been all bad. A professional with diligence. AAA
