Poor and worst service in Raleigh, NC area; not at all replying to inquiries for the leasing. They will message you at the beginning and then never ever reply you back. We reached out to them multiple times, not even a single reply back and during one occasion conversation was initiated through property owner who have hired them for the service, even in that case they never reached back/replied.

After leaving a CBRE "managed", I use that term loosely. property after 20+ years we are fighting to get our security deposit back. We left because we were repeatedly given inconsistent information on CAM charges as they renovated the half empty building at our expense, I lost all faith in them. We are over 90 days since leaving the space after a clean walk through. They are claiming the owner hasn't released the funds. We have asked our attorney to draft a demand letter. STAY AWAY from these people. Even the "executives" I've outreached to have done nothing. It's a poorly run operation, at best. You can't trust these people.

I can see now after having spoke with one of CBRE's so called "professionals" why it is so poorly rated. Cristi greene herself certainly goes out of her way to make people people feel disrespected I cant imagine how the rest of the associates treat prospective tenants.

CBRE Raleigh is the best in the business! They go above and beyond for their clients and have a team full of experienced Commercial Real Estate professionals.
