I can’t speak for the entire company however, The Property Management team is cutthroat. Be prepared to have all the work placed on your desk while being the only person in the office as others work from home. Be prepared to receive no gratitude or appreciation for showing up and doing your job. I give two stars and I’m being nice because the other departments remained civil.

Let’s just say this: There is so much room for improvement on presentation, communication, and professionalism with CBRE. Never have I ever wasted so much time asking for simple things like details on a property I want to pay for; money in their pocket. There is so much opportunity for Bobby to provide quality customer service. There was abolsutley none whatsoever. I sincerely hope these opportunities can be taken so they do not disappoint anyone else. The experience is so memorable for me to confirm that I would not recommend working with this establishment.

On I-4 near Lakeland and their driver, whose speed is monitored by GPS per his decal, is slow riding in the passing lane, one hand on the wheel and the other hand two knuckles deep in his shnoz. Classy and considerate!

Have called daily for roughly 2 weeks to both the the main contact and the company itself. It goes straight to voicemail. No one answers the phone.
