I spoke with Maddy Nagley, Hope Hutson, and Kyle Kenyon briefly via email regarding a commercial space. They asked several questions, I responded right away, and then communication stopped. I’ve sent two follow-up emails over the last three months and still haven’t received a reply. It is unprofessional when a potential tenant is actively requesting information and does not hear back.

Drivers are going to kill someone if they can't stay off their phones. FV540, TN plate CP67724 was all over the road, driving 10 under the speed limit, almost hitting curbs. Sitting at green lights. Maybe drunk? This was all within 5 miles. But a terrible look when your company name is plastered all over the van.

Great location, really nice staff, clean and so relaxing. I love to go there for a full body massage or a facial. The therapists really listen to your concerns and always do what I ask. Can't wait to go again.

I dealt with Heather Sargent and she was extremely rude. She didn't have an answer to any of my questions. Kept avoiding my phone calls. Talk about incredibly poor service and no attention to detail. End result, losing clients... not smart.....

This company is horrible. They could care less about their customers. Beware of renting a space from them because they will not pay for issues that are their fault.
