It was love at first sight with this community, especially after Clare's tour. The apartment instantly felt like home, and I've loved living in this vibrant CBD location since June. Clare's exceptional service has been the highlight of my experience. She is, without a doubt, the most friendly, efficient, and helpful leasing staff member I've ever met. Her proactive approach and warm demeanor have made every interaction seamless, from answering questions to resolving issues. Clare truly goes the extra mile, making me feel valued and well-cared for. Claire in office was truly a genuine And very helpful lady, and I am extremely satisfied with how professional she was. And also Katie as well. She has been assisting me since I decided that I was going to move in and helping me all the way through. And she’s been assisting me and personal business as well She has a very bubbly and friendly personality. And you can tell she loves to help people. Jen It’s also really cool reminds me of someone I already know once again friendly and familiar. maintenance is amazing. If he’s on site he comes within 30 minutes every time i’ve been staying here for two months and I have nothing to complain about.

I have lived here the since April with nothing but good things to say! Jen is super amazing, she is the one who gave us a tour and answered all questions and inquiries. She was amazing and is great at here job! Belinda is also amazing! She greets me everyday with a smile and is so hospitable. She is one of my favorite parts of living here. She always talks to all the guests and makes you feel at home. For the price I pay, it feels worth it with the stunning architecture of the building, amazing maintenance team, amazing staff, all the community events going on, and the amazing amenities that you can’t find anywhere else. I recommend this building to all my friends!

Amenities are exactly what I need and I don’t have to pay for a gym membership Lol. And there’s always free snacks.

So I toured back in November with Clare and had my dad come along with me. This would’ve been my first rental apartment. Clare is extremely helpful. She’s really people oriented and outgoing. Jen is amazing as well she is very nice and outgoing . They walked with me through the whole process to make sure I was able to get approved. Very accommodating While I didn’t move into cbd. I would highly recommend CBD if you’re looking to move to downtown Detroit. I’m from out of town. So I always look for community, cleanliness and communication. They go above and beyond Everytime. Call for yourself and see!! If I could give more stars I would. Their entire team is amazing.
