Dishonest dealership—avoid at all costs. The day I bought the car, it cranked with no problem. Looking back, it's obvious they had jumped it right before I arrived. The very next day, it wouldn’t start at all. I took it to AutoZone—battery was completely shot and had to be replaced immediately. On top of that, the A/C was blowing ice-cold during the test drive. Just two days later, it stopped cooling entirely. Most likely, they topped it off with Freon to mask a serious leak just long enough to make the sale. I contacted the seller to let them know. I wasn’t rude—I simply gave them a chance to make it right. Instead, they got defensive and blocked me from leaving a review on Facebook Marketplace. These people are shady and dishonest. Do not trust them.

SLUMLORD. Rented a unit from Chris Bean for 10 months. So many problems with the unit he refused to fix the right way. His solution to everything was caulk. The unit flooded 3 times. He did nothing about it, but blame me. Like I'm the one that's in control of tornadoes and heavy rain. Which lead to MOLD he never removed. The building isn't even up to code putting me and my clients in danger. I can go on! Do not do business or rent with Chris Bean (CBB PROPERTIES) He does not care about the well being of his tenants. Just make sure you have his rent by the 3rd. Smh ABSOLUTE TRASH!
