Cayuca Hillcrest Apartments + Studios

I have a lot of amazing things to say about this place. First and foremost, and for me one of the most important things when renting, the management of this place is amazing. Curtis, the property owner and manager, is an amazing and super responsive individual. I knew I was in the right place when I saw him outside dusting the mailboxes one morning. He keeps the area around the apartment immaculate and is very passionate about this building. He also is just a pleasure to chat with and having him as a landlord was a great experience (who really thought they would ever have that in one sentence). The unit itself is beautiful. You can tell the details were taken into account when building it and I loved the openness of the whole place. I lived in a two bedroom unit which was perfect for me. W

I lived here for two years, and it was truly one of the best decisions I made while living in San Diego. The building is beautifully designed, eco-friendly, and in the perfect location! Super walkable to grocery stores and the Sunday farmers market! The management team is incredibly kind and understanding and they genuinely care about residents. If I hadn’t moved to Europe, I’d still be living here. And if I ever move back to the States, this will be the first place I look for!

My wife and I moved to Cayuca Hillcrest when they first opened. We were drawn to this building because of its aesthetic and beautiful design. Living at Cayuca means being just footsteps away from everything Hillcrest has to offer. The interior spaces are filled with natural light and are designed with efficiency and comfort in mind. The owners are very proactive when it comes to maintaining this building and are quick to respond if you ever need assistance. We truly feel lucky to live at Cayuca Hillcrest and in the community of Hillcrest!

My husband and I loved living here. The neighborhood is super walkable, close to Balboa park, and conveniently close to the airport. The units are small, but extremely efficient and include plenty of storage, newer appliances, and washer/dryer in unit. The management/owners of the building make it feel welcoming and do a great job responding quickly to any maintenance. If I was staying in San Diego, I would have stayed here longer.

I have been at Cayuca for over two years now and have loved every minute of it! The studio itself is nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the modern design, thoughtful layout, and impeccable attention to detail. Every inch of space has been optimized for both functionality and style, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. With its amazing location, stylish apartments, new amenities, and vibrant community atmosphere, it truly embodies the epitome of modern urban living. I feel incredibly grateful to have called this place home for the past two years, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a great living experience
