Mark Cavanagh #10301217880 lacks the professional communication one would expect from a broker. When my niece expressed she is a voucher client (Ivy League graduate who is a domestic violence survivor), Mark's communication ended. She sent two follow up e-mails as she was quite interested in the unit and still nothing. The appropriate complaints have been submitted - as this is detestable behavior.

Mark is possibly the best broker I've ever used. Very knowledgeable and a real charm to work with. Never felt pressured and never felt neglected during the whole process - and their commission rates were better than all others! Highly recommended!
