My husband and I have been on the hunt for a better place for our baby. We started looking before the holiday season. We inquired about a specific property for an extremely extended period of time. We were left wondering, our messages would be read but not responded to. After submitting an application we were “ignored” until I called the company to make a complaint. We also scheduled a few different tours, we would hear nothing from anyone during each tour time, again being ignored. All the while we will get messages here and there, giving us hope about moving forward for this property. It then took me again reaching out to both parties to finally get my answer. The answer I got was short and dismissive, which is fine because I will avoid all properties listed under this LLC from now on. I

Working with Cavalry Realty and its owner, Thomas Stewart, was an absolute disaster filled with deceit, negligence, and blatant disregard for real estate ethics. Stewart — who owns Cavalry Realty — personally handled the listing of a bank-owned property I tried to purchase. His behavior caused major financial losses and showed zero respect for buyers or professional standards. Here’s exactly what happened: Nov 10–12, 2024: Viewed property. Submitted a strong offer $6,000 over asking with standard contingencies. Was immediately pressured to rush an inspection within hours under claims of an "urgent final offer deadline." Nov 19–20, 2024: Told to submit yet another "final" best offer. Raised my bid again, highest overall. Nov 26–27, 2024: Received written confirmation via email from Thom

I want to take a minute to give Thomas Stewart of Calvary Realestate Etters Pa. Some well deserved praise. I listed and sold 2 properties 2024 with Calvary Realestate. I was impressed with the advice and sound counsel I recieved from Tom. There were many challenges that would strech most agents with just one sale , Tom had two ! My experience with Cavalry Realty was exceptional! Tom Stewart was extremely knowledgeable, informative, helpful and patient. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire buying and selling process, making me aware of any new listings and helping me recognize and understand home improvements that might be necessary. He always had my best interests at heart, and he taught me so much during this process. He was completely committed to helping me find my dream home even with a very tough market, and he did it! My wife and I bought a house with Cavalry Realty in December. Tom was our realtor and he was the best. He was always available to answer our questions and show us houses at the last second.
