Cavalier Court and its professional management are by far the best apartment complex and management I've experienced . They are very professional, yet so friendly and willing to help when needed. A shoutout to the fabulous Manager, Ms. Ana, who treats every resident as a good neighbor. Also, many thanks to the very dedicated staff who keeps the complex clean, peaceful and very safe.

I lived at Cavalier Court for several years, and my experience was excellent. The property manager, Ms. Araneda-Armstrong, is incredibly attentive, always readily available, responsive, and helpful with any concerns. The maintenance staff and cleaning crew are efficient, organized, and friendly. During inclement weather, the team goes above and beyond, working early mornings and late evenings to ensure the walkways are safe for tenants. I never had any issues with rodents, roaches, or bugs, which speaks to the property’s cleanliness and upkeep. The location is fantastic—close to grocery stores, shopping centers, George Mason University, and public transportation, making it convenient for commuting and daily errands. Stay away! I would give zero stars if I could. -bug infestation: roach and rat issues depending on your building location -noise: a lot of families with young kids and you can hear everything through the hall or bangs on the walls as if you live together. -weed: Hallways are fuming with the smell that gets in your home and you need to keep the balcony door shut due to smell coming from outside. AC issue- appliances are very old and malfunctions. The laundry was ruining my nice clothes even with delicate setting in mesh bags. The old AC broke twice in a week when the weather was 100f. It took them 7 hrs to come bc so many other units had the same issue. The hvac said the fix is only temporary and would need replacement but the office manager Ana said she won’t replace it- turns out she

We’ve lived in Cavalier Ct for four years and had a great experience. Anna, the manager, is amazing always helpful and professional. The maintenance team is quick to respond and gets things done efficiently. The location is safe and super convenient, especially for GMU students. If you’re looking for a well managed and comfortable place, we highly recommend it!

Living here for 2 years. 1. Pros CHEAP RENT is always the best thing for an apartment!!! Especially compared with other apartments nearby. Water included, trash included, and free parking. Great location: Walking distance to H-Mart, McDonald’s, CUE bus stop, and restaurants. (BTW, this apartment is in Fairfax City so the personal property tax rate is also a little bit lower than other neighbor county.) Friendly staff: request maintenance online, staffs are always friendly and timely respond. 2. Cons Hard to locate an available floor plan. (Tried to change from 2b2b to 1b1b but not success) I can hear every word from my roommates. Bikes are only allowed to be stored on the paid parking place, rather than the balcony. Animals(pets) are not allowed except emotional support animals.
