This company is amazing! Chelsea made the application/move in processs easy and seamless for me! Any questions or concerns I had/have are always addressed promptly and everyone within the company is extremely nice and welcoming. Highly recommended looking into properties within this company!

I’ve owned my home for only 1 year and 9 months, and I’m already facing major problems that were clearly covered up during the flip. There was a hidden mold issue and an old water leak behind the shower that is now causing the floor to sink. On top of that, I discovered a serious issue with the main pipeline from the house to the street. These aren’t small homeowner fixes — these are costly, structural problems that should have been addressed properly, not patched over to make a quick sale. I feel completely misled. Yes, owning a home comes with maintenance, but no one should have to deal with this level of damage so soon after purchase. Cava Housing did not deliver a quality renovation — they cut corners, and now I’m left paying the price. Buyers beware. Follow up to the response back

In East Henrico area Cava Property Management is working to sell homes that they have managed but the issue is that they are doing upgrades that are not up to code and without licensed contractors. They had someone install an HVAC unit and he told me he is no longer licensed to do HVAC work. I now live in a home with my child that is essentially not safe to live in and I will have to fork up money I don't have to fix it. They pray on single parents, minorities and those that are lower income. Please stay away from this company. Not worth it.

This company is sending mass mailers designed to look like checks to homeowners in my neighborhood. The mailers are "offers" to "buy your house for cash" for a price that is over $100k LESS than what the City appraisal for my property is. And not even close to what I could sell for on the open market if I were actually interested in selling (which I'm not). While this isn't the first time I've received this kind of junk mail, this might be the sleaziest implementation I've seen. These kinds of predatory companies use fearmongering and misinformation to prey on people who just see the word "cash" and don't understand that they're being low-balled.
