By far the best rental company ever I have been with them for years. They have a phenomenal team they went over and beyond for my family in our time of need and I will be forever grateful to them for that. Cava is the BEST rental company in the city trust me when I say the ladies at Cava would definitely take care of you.

One star for the scammy letter the sent me with an offer they never intended to fulfill. Not speaking to any other aspect of their service. The letter had a faux check with an offer $421k on a home with an estimated worth of $535k-$565k. After engaging, answering questions on the condition of the home, the offer dropped to $320k. The home's condition is not even remotely that catastrophic. So the mailer was a full on scam to drive engagement and the business model is obviously to profit off of desperate homeowners by buying thier homes at a very large profit margin. Its sad and predatory behavior, not sure how anyone with a conscience sleeps at night knowing their living is made off of the misfortune of others.

I was recently bombarded with unsolicited text messages from Cava Companies in Richmond, VA. This is not only a nuisance but also a violation of both federal and state laws regarding spam communication. I am deeply disappointed by this unethical marketing tactic, and it has significantly impacted my perception of the company. Not only are these messages intrusive, but they also demonstrate a disregard for consumer privacy and legal boundaries. I urge Cava Companies to reconsider their communication practices and respect the privacy of potential customers. Until they change their approach, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I had the pleasure of renting from this company for a year. My leasing agent was Cindy Clarke. I will say Cindy, Ashley and Kelsey have all been amazing. From the communication to the follow through. I have no complaints with them. Even the maintenance has been on point. Whenever I needed them they were there less than 24 hours to resolve issues. If I ever decided to move back to Virginia, they will be my first choice. Thank you so much for everything and this is definitely a bittersweet departure.
