It looks like Pulte homes is assessing the market to determine either to proceed with home building or wait & see the market. No pricing info. Information board was installed and removed within a week or so. Machines which were brought to start work were quickly removed. No visible sign of work. No site or home plans.
Was so excited for this addition to Leesburg until I saw the pricing. December of 2023 they were advertising in the 800’s and now a million dollars plus!! Not sure why it jumped 200k in 8 months….
They raised the prices again. Single family starting at $1 million now and grand villa starting at $1.3 million. Ridiculous. I was originally interested but getting priced out at this point.
Just rename it to Catfish Run. Raised the prices they've been advertising for almost a year now and they aren't even done clearing the land. Was From 800s for single family homes to From 900s now. Sad
The whole process was great. The community is coming together very nicely
