I cannot warn you off of this company strongly enough! We were super excited about working with them and even partnering as businesses, so they took over management of four properties for us. The list of issues that we had with them was shockingly long, and, sadly, many of the issues didn't come to light until we had replaced them with other property managers, problems came up, and they brought in competent and licensed individuals to review and repair the work. One of the worst things was that they supposedly had a septic company pump the system. Septic always do a visual inspection during this process which can identify most problems but we'd asked for a full septic inspection cause we hadn't had one at purchase.
