I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had while seeking assistance with opening my mail from management. When I arrived, I was greeted by the employee seated near the entrance. I asked if the manager who had just left was still available. She responded in a rude and confrontational manner, asking, “What do you need?” Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional and unwelcoming. I then asked if I could speak with the employee seated behind her, but she was equally discourteous. I politely requested a key to access my mail, and I was given a key that turned out to be incorrect. When I returned to inform them that the key did not work, I was told, “We can’t help you—that’s all we have,” without any effort to further assist me. I asked if there was anyone else who cou

Love the office staff. Miss Wendy is an amazing human being. She is definitely an angel here on earth. Only give a four just because nothing is perfect, only Jesus Christ is perfect. But this place is close enough.

So Apparently, the maintenance workers are working on the parking lot and have closed some parts of the parking lot to the apartments. I was there to pick up someone and take them to their appointment. I seen that the maintenance or someone had moved the cones so the entrance was open to where I needed to go to pick my client up. As I messaged my client to tell them I was there to pick them up. I looked up and seen a maintenance worker and who I assumed was the manager putting the cones back. The red head woman then approaches me yelling basically screaming at me, saying what are you doing? Why are you here? Can't you see we're working on the parking lot? I just moved into a duplex in this complex and it is very relaxing, a blessing, and quiet. The managers are very sweet, the polite and professional. It is a true blessing from God I am able to call this Home🙏

Infested with mice 🐀 been here little over a month and nothing has been done to cover any holes where mice can be coming from!!!Only putting traps 🪤 to get them! got 11 mice and counting Stove was so dirty and full of mouse droppings 🤮 and I had to clean all this!!Had to buy mouse traps out of pocket as well talked to manager said she will look in to getting me another stove nothing was done either!Oven smells horrible when turned on even tho it has been cleaned and I for sure know they won’t like cooking on a stove that was full of mouse droppings!!
