Catherine Santa Monica

Moved in about 2 months ago and this place has been great so far. I love the apartment and building, but the management most of all has been the most on-top of things I have ever seen. Everyone is so nice, helpful, responsive, and fast to take care of any and everything. I've lived in many apartments across the country, and many in So Cal (El Segundo, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica) this is easily my favorite and where I've felt the most respected and best supported by the crew running the place. Also the heated pool is awesome. Been here for Nov-Jan so far and used it about 5 times.

This review is for Jasmine, Tyler, Kevin, Jonathan, Jacob, Manuel, and Brianna. You all have made my experience living here so wonderful. From getting locked out of my apartment, which I do a lot, to fixing my washing machine, helping me with the A/C and so much more!!! I can not thank you all for a wonderful experience living here at The Catherine Apartments. Thank you all so much

Management was pretty bad while we lived here. Poor communication. The team was unaware of our move in on the actual day we were scheduled to move in. Throughout our stay, management was very unresponsive. The staff that actually did the work were pleasant and responsive. The Catherine has/had plumbing issues with our Phase 1 unit that never really got fixed. We actually saw someone post about this issue but we ignored it because we were so excited to move in. The amenities are good not great. While we were there, the rooftop TVs never worked. Both pools are about 3 feet deep. The gym was great but kind of annoying to get to from Phase 1. The location of the Catherine is interesting. While it’s close to the Expo line and near amazing restaurants and bars, it comes with the price of dealing

I wish I could thoroughly express how much I loved living at the Catherine. We were in Phase II and it was my favorite apartment I've lived in since moving to Santa Monica. Sadly we had to move because of a job relocation, otherwise, we would have stayed here as long as we could. There are so many little things that made living here so enjoyable: 1. Quiet: Our unit was situated so we couldn't hear any road noise and the windows are very good at blocking out noise if you wfh. The neighbors are very respectful and we never had to voice any noise complaints. 2. Parking: Although I wish the parking was cheaper and/or part of rent, it was super easy to get a parking spot and we had no issues with the garage. The Catherine SM has been my home for over 3 years, as a college student living alone, I have always felt safe in this community. Besides the immaculate amenities, the maintenance and management staff have been extremely amazing, resolving any issues that occur in a timely manner. I recently gave a small bday gathering, Tyler and Jasmine were so helpful in assisting me in my plans, making my bday even more special and relaxed. The professionalism is top tier , which makes living here a lot more fun.
