Cathedral Palms Apartments

I was very impressed with the kindness of the office team It is hard at times when dealing with people and the way you can be stero typed by some yet there office workers were so helpful and really make a person fell a part of Thank you to the staff at Cathedral Palm apartments you help me in so many ways just by treating me like somebody

Moved in 2017 when my husband passed. Had a nice studio then moved to a 2 bdrm family helping me with rent. It was very nice. Asked for a studio again. I was put in a non disabled apt. Where the sidewalk was not fit for my scooter so I tipped over scooter and all. Second, had roaches. Place was sprayed smoged fogged whatever. 2 wks later roaches still coming out. This bldg I'm in all have reached.

Not a secure property, to much drug activity.

I've lived in CP since October of 2022. My experience has been quite positive. Management is always ready to help. Yasmin, Melissa and Elayne make a great team. The apartments have been remodeled and have modern amenities. I personally love using the pool and Jacuzzi( There are 2). All my requests for maintenance have been addressed promptly. It's close to everything and you don't even need a car. I would certainly recommend Cathedral Palms to a relative or Best friend. Respectfully, LZ
