Cathedral Arts Apartments

The place seems put together very well. The decor is nice and appeal feels very luxe. But truly the star of the apartment in the woman in the office. Lakesha is amazing! She communicates very well and makes sure she always gets back to you if she is busy. She balances client facing and incoming calls so seamlessly because that that phone does not stop ringing for her. But she does prioritize very well. She is so direct and clear but still very sweet. I would love her as my PM, she really cares about the building and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Overall very nice establishment

I’ve been living at the newly built Cathedral Arts Apartments going on 5 months May 27th and I love everything about living here from a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all appliances and in unit washer/dryer as well as other amenities in the building to my nice neighbors, the community, the Cathedral Of The Most Blessed Sacrament and last but not least the Building Manager LaKesha Smith, she’s so sweet and caring as well as professional and helpful, She’s a God-Sent and I’m so blessed and grateful to be here. I feel so safe here🩷

The one star is for Kesha. You are very rude for no reason at all. Just for someone asking about their name being pulled for this site. I don’t know who pissed you off but you shouldn’t take it out on innocent people. If working in the community is not for you then please find another job. This beautiful place doesn’t deserve an ugly attitude.

Great location! Great price! The new site staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant! I would definitely recommend!
