The Management team is the top 1% of Chicago! Yessinia is amazing and knows all of the residents by name!! Sara is always there to help and remembers your name too! Between the two of them Catalyst is the place to be! You feel like you are part of a community here! Also the apartments, amenities and location rock! Trust me I have lived in SF, Atlanta, and NYC and this is one of the best managed properties!

Been a resident at Catalyst for about two years now. Great location, nice modern units. Excellent amenities, with the new management putting in improvements recently. But the best thing about the building is the on site staff. The front desk staff are all friendly and courteous, while the maintenance crew are responsive and helpful. The leasing staff are excellent as well - I recently upgraded from a studio to a 1BR, and both Yesenia and Sarah were helpful throughout the entire process. I think the only reason that I would move out of Catalyst would be if I found a condo in the same general area of the West Loop.

Just renewed my lease for the 3rd year in a row. Community is great especially during the summer. Maintenance guys are outstanding. The folks in the leasing office both bend over backwards to help whenever I've needed them.

Leasing is amazing! Sara, Andrew and Yesenia are all super welcoming and friendly. They love to say hi to our dog daily and give her treats and pets (favorite part of her day). They are constantly updating and improving the building experience, making it a great place to live!

Wonderful community and management! We have lived at Catalyst for almost 2 years now and have had a great experience. Everyone from the leasing office to maintenance has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. They genuinely care about the residents and always go the extra mile! Our dog Piper really appreciates the treats and pets from the business office whenever we take her out 😊
