The place is truly a paradise, so green and so lovely and the staff is wonderful! You'll not find a more welcoming people anywhere else. From the moment I walked in, Maria was so warm and full of cheerful, you'll not meet another like her! If you need to move do it here, if not for the best price, for the community and staff here. Looking forward to moving in!

My lease ended in January and I am still being charged for rent in March. I turned in my keys in January and was called in February to ask if I wanted to do a month to month lease since I had not renewed my lease. They didn't know I had turned in my keys and was no longer a resident? Probably why I have charges of over $3,000+ in now March. They said the system does not yet know that I am no longer a resident and that is why the charges keep going up but that I should disregard the charges. I keep asking the office to send me a statement saying that and they have not done so. My emails get ignored and they rush to get me off the phone. Let's hope this does not go to collections.

I've enjoy how helpful the staff is here. It's a quiet community and they work hard to ensure that the site is clean and well maintained. If I ever have issues they take care of them immediately. I would definitely recommend this property as a great place to live.

I had a great experience at Catalina Ridge Apartments. Maria was amazing. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and had a great vibe from the start. She made the whole process simple and stress free. Everything was explained clearly and handled quickly. I can’t wait to move in.

The location is slowly improving, And there is a wealth of resources available right on site, which is amazing For the folks that need it. It’s perfect for someone that’s coming up after a rough spot in their life or they’re just starting out. Some areas that I struggle with are; there doesn’t seem to be much adherence to the no smoking policy from the residence, As there’s almost a daily smell of either weed or tobacco from the neighbors. And there isn’t an Adherence to the policy regarding large pets in the residences either. many people have incredibly large dogs, that are clearly under stimulated, and under exercised— Frankly, the apartments are way too small for anything larger than a beagle. The residents are reluctant to pick up after their animals and often struggle just to contro
