Catalina Gardens Apartments

The best experience I've had living in Tucson. The management is exceptional, and my neighbors were so lovely. The appliances are a little dated, but any problem was quickly solved by the property manager. Highly recommend living here!:)

Ever since I’ve moved in here, there has been nothing but great things to say about these apartments & management. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance is the best & overall the apartment itself is spacious & quiet. Definitely happy to live here & not to mention how affordable too!

Amazing place to live!! This is a community, where we all know and take care for one another.This helps to make it a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. The apartment complex is beautiful and well kept, and there are continual improvements. It's a gated community as well and this definitely helps to create a safe environment. The amenities are in great condition as well and thr free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Management is top notch and also fast to resolve any issues. If you are looking for a clean, safe, affordable and friendly place to live, this is your best option!!

I have lived here for two years now and enjoy the quiet surroundings that the owners have incorporated into this apartment complex. They have been updating the apartments and the grounds of this facility as well .

Pretty cool apartment with a beautiful swimming pool and beautiful yard with a very nice and receptive on sight property manager. Cameras around for security. Sweet for individuals and couples. You should check it out.
