Catalina Crossings

I’m very turned off by this property. For two days I’ve tried reaching them via phone and leaving messages and emails to get a tour. Never got a response or call back. I finally schedule an appointment via the online system and I get there and I am told we don’t have any models to show. Well first I don’t need to see a model. Show me an empty apartment. Second, someone could have called me to tell me this so that i wouldn’t waste time or gas getting there. This already shows the level of care and respect they have for people. Because I liked what I saw online and just from passing by it regularly, I was ready to do an application and get everything going today, if the apartment was nice but didn’t even get to see one. I’m very disappointed and disgusted by how I was handled as a potential

I have lived here for a year now and can't say enough good about Catalina Crossing. The staff, Crystal and Temecko, are just wonderful people and always so helpful when I need something. I love the other residence as well. My son has kids to play with and everyone is always friendly. I'm very grateful to have found this place!

Speaking honestly and forthright, I love my unit. We've been living there for the last 3 years and the only concerns that I've had was the change in management, maintenance staff, and parking issues. Now going forward things seem to be working out for us over here. We still need for the children to be monitored and not hitting our cars with their balls and toys while playing in the parking lot. Management has been real good about addressing that issue and making sure that our property is kept up. I've had no problems with our current Management Team; and I've seen a great change in our property rules being enforced. The property is well kept up and I enjoy the peace and quiet to sit on my patio and relax during the evenings. Overall, the apartment size is wonderful and I love the stainless

I loved everything about my apartment. The staff was amazing from the first time I went into the office to apply for my apartment until the day I moved out. Mr brad was always helpful i never had an issued from him any time i called to ask a question he was always helpful. I never had a problem with my neighbors I actually never seen most of my neighbors. I always had somewhere to park and my visitors always had a place to park also. Thank you Mr brad for all of your help.

I was very pleased with the two ladies in the office Deneisha and temecko they was so patient and consistent with me moving in being that I had just loss my mom in the moving process. Me and my son love our apartment and very happy with our new home. I cannot thank the office staff enough for all of there hard work. 🙂
