This complex is a great find. The price is right and the work is being done expeditiously by the maintenance crew and property manager Angela. She has been absolutely 💯 AMAZING! I am grateful for her hard work and organizational skills. Honored to be herr.

New Management Took Over About 6 Weeks Ago ! They are great & will complete the work as quickly as they can. The office staff (Angie) has great communication & will stay in top of things needed to be done. Been out here 3 years & finally getting things resolved ⭐️

Angie is the best leasing manager hands down. She has transformed Catalina Apartments for the better slowly but surely. Daily we are seeing contractors fixing up units or just getting rid of outdated equipment. Come check it out and see the specials for moving in

I ve been here since 2021. And it’s been nothing but a revolving door of property management, send emails to higher personnel and no response, no listed corporate number to direct your grievences to nothing and the new property manager is a piece of work. I pay my rent on time every month ands they fail to respect your time! For the record this review isn’t about money either this parking pass bs they have is a sham, trying to work with this new management is like pulling teeth. I go to them with 1 problem at a time because if you go with every issue in the apartment you are likely to unleash total frustration. Still have an open maintenance ticket. Hopefully this review will get someone else attention who’s in the business of continuing to do business after all 1 would think they wan

Oh man…this apartment complex was the worst. I applied an apartment as a young adult who needed a place to stay and they helped me out so much! But after that first few months in the apartment they were very neglectful. I had a faulty A/C unit that caused an influx of roaches. I had roaches in my kitchen, bed, bathroom, clothing dresser, electronics, you name it. After repeatedly telling them the issues, they did the bare minimum to fix it. I know it was bare minimum because the A/C continuously broke and the roaches only got worse even though I asked for pest control to show up multiple times. I have seen cops show up in the complex more times than I can count. I have felt unsafe hearing aggressive verbal arguments in front of my apartment and behind my apartment. Litter was EVERYWHERE! T
