Shoutout to MR. WILL from the Maintenance Team!! Professional, knowledgeable, and positive attitude. He communicated effectively on what he was doing step by step. After fixing the original problem, he asked if I had anymore concerns with the unit. I actually did and he had no problem repairing the door henge, putting a new battery in smoke detector, and installing a new filter for my furnace. He educated me on how things need to be to keep everything moving smoothly. I appreciate him for going above and beyond, his patience, and willingness to make sure things were repaired.
