Up here they like to weed people out which is funny. How can you try to be particular when your complex was built for struggling people or families? Are you saving spots for rich people or something? This is an affordable housing complex…. how can you discriminate against people who literally meet your low income requirements??? If you did not want to accept low income residents then you shouldn’t have took the funding provided to the housing authority to develop it. The nerve of this leasing company to act bouji when there apartments are literally for poor people 😂😂😂🤣 and to the comment that mentions she didn’t get selected because she wasn’t black that’s false. Y’all need to stop thinking that black people get picked first for low income units . This is in a predominantly Caucasian comm

I love this place. It is beautiful, well maintained by staff, friendly neighborhood, and it has nice walking paths
