Castlebrook Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE. roach infested, mold, water damage covering my apartment. it has been under construction for over 2 years and there has been 3 ugly dumpsters in the parking lot for over a year. plumbing issues every week and the construction workers and maintenance will never clean up after themselves. I am moving out in 2 days and am getting all the proof i can so they don’t try to take my deposit over THEIR mess.

The management team at Castlebrook is great! They communicate well with us in regards to maintenance and always let us know what is going on. The remodeling that this new management team has been doing since they took over has really improved the environment here. With the new lighting and walkways it is so much brighter and I feel alone safer walking to and from my car at night. I can wait to see what other improvements are to come!

This place is trash, roaches everywhere, water leaks. AC goes out at least once two weeks. Takes about 3-5 days for them to even come out to take a look at it. Move in day aaa horrible, carpet was wet, big puddle on the carpet of water on move in day! Only reason stayed a whole year was because of my contract. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I hated myself for making my kids go through this. I thought that living in front of where my son would have soccer practice would be good. Worst mistake I have made.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have never had bug in any place that I lived until here ... it is so bad to the point where it makes my skin crawl .... what pest control? I mean the roaches are so bad you see them crawling up the wall and no matter how much you clean they just wont go away ... it is disgusting also I have had a faucet washer for my hot water faucet in my bath tub go out twice ..first time it took 5 months to come in and fix it for 2 minutes ... now its happening again and they have yet to come in and fix it .... the bugs, management, and maintance are bad... over all though I have to say it is affordable to live here and that is why I have been there for 2 years the management is just terrible ... the lady who runs the office is super rude and does not listen to nobody

The worst place to live. EVERYTHING breaks and falls apart. Sewage comes up in your tub and all they do is come to plunge it out with out fixing the underlying issue. Has been doing this since I have been here. I have a one year old and I can’t even bathe him in the tub. Major roach problem as well. Not to mention neighbor that is always drunk causing problems and trying to fight everyone. Mailboxes get broke into so you can’t even get mail. If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE 100 I would.
