Castleberry Park Apartments

I would not recommend this property anymore. Since students have recently moved into the building, the noise level has become unbearable. There is constant loud music, heavy banging, and disturbances at all hours of the night and early morning. It feels like there is little to no regard for the surrounding neighbors who are trying to live peacefully. I’ve brought these issues to management multiple times, but nothing meaningful has been done to resolve the problem. For the amount of rent being charged, residents should be able to expect a reasonable level of peace and quiet in their own homes. Unfortunately, the living experience here has gone downhill due to the lack of noise control and consideration within the community.

Oh, where do I even begin with this review? Let me tell you, I had high hopes for this place. I wanted to shout it from the rooftops, refer all my friends, and give it a glowing review. But oh, how they disappointed me, and countless others. Let's start from the very beginning, shall we? During my tour of the live/work loft space, I made sure to lay out my intentions and ask all the important questions. From parking to storage to traffic, I covered it all. I even went the extra mile and emailed them before signing the lease to confirm the parking situation. And what did they tell me? Oh, they assured me that there would be plenty of free parking for the live/work spaces, and ample storage for us poor souls trapped in these tiny apartments. This property is very nice and well put together. There is so much to do not just within the building but also in the area where the property is located. Renisha is very nice, helpful and very sweet.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!! Living at this property has become increasingly difficult due to ongoing safety, maintenance, and management issues. Fire alarms sound at all hours of the day and night—even when no work is being done—leaving tenants constantly disrupted and exhausted. The situation has become so frequent that many residents now know the firefighters by name. The building’s elevators have been out of service for over a month, creating serious accessibility and quality-of-life concerns. Requests for rent credits or adjustments due to these conditions have been ignored. Security, which was consistently present during my first year, has now become non-existent. Apparently, this is a newer property, which also means the staff is fairly new but you wouldn’t know it based on the service I received. The two ladies I interacted with (I regret not catching their names they know who they are!) were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during my visit this past Friday. Wishing them and the entire team nothing but continued success! The property itself is beautiful inside and out, with spacious, open-concept units that truly feel like home. A very impressive place overall.
