This franchise of Arthur Rutenberg, Castle Rock Custom Homes Inc., is one of the finest home builders I’ve had the opportunity to work with in my fifteen years in the kitchen and bath business. Were I not impressed with this group I would write nothing, but as it is I am very impressed. From design to finish the owners, project managers, and construction supervisor are knowledgeable, professional, thorough. There customers are happy and that makes me happy. This is time and money well spent on an important investment. You may proceed with confidence.

In our opinion, Castle Rock is the most dishonest builder ever. They do not want to build your house. They just want to take your deposit and then keep it by baiting and switching everything and through intimidation. Castle Rock does nothing but lie to you and keep your money. They are the most unprofessional and unethical firm ever. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to lose your money!

We purchased a home from Castle Rock last year in the Casa del Lago Neighbour. Worst Mistake Ever! If i could give them 0 stars i would ! Shortly after moving in, we realized that we had numerous issues with our home. ( the pool / water from outside was leaking into washer and drier/ front door was cracked and peeling / surround sound throughout the house wasn’t working / fireplace wasn’t working / and the list goes on ) It was next to impossible just to get in contact with them since they kept changing their project manager. They came by our house and promised to fix ALL of our problems at least 7-8 times.
