I have to say these apartments are pretty good to live in. Going on two years here and I've never had any major issues. They are quick to fixs any work orders you request. Actually I'm surprised sometimes on how quick work orders get done. Also I got very lucky with my neighbors. They're quiet and they keep to themselves. I do feel safe. The only thing is It's hard to get into these apartments. The downside is some of these buildings are messy with their patios, trash just thrown everywhere, but still manageable. The last thing which unfortunately is the, worst in my opinion are the roaches. My apartment did have so many roaches, but I to stay on top of it. Their really working hard to kill them and so far their doing a good job. Overall it is a good place to live and the apartments ar

It's in a great locations and the rent is below market.
