They like to make threats to people with mental health issues and have made no offer of reasonable accommodations just straight to threats to fibe the resident for something outside of their control. Calling the cops when they know she has a mental health issue is wild when they cant even fix a gaping hole in the ceiling caused by them putting in new AC units 6 months ago.

As a frequent visitor, my friend lives in these apartments, I really like the area. Everyone is welcoming and nice as well as the property is well kept together. Well managed and the lady in the office is wonderful and welcoming.

Haven't had a problem here but it's my 4th month here and I'm seeing bed bugs never had bed bugs in my life but I got them now Don't know if they came from neighboring units or not

I moved in early summer last year, honestly I love it, it's close enough to my college with out being in the middle of town, I love using the pool, It's very peaceful, and my neighbors are always respectful.

Bot lh Castle Hill & River Ranch are under the same management & it seems like nothing ever gets done! Our dishwasher was broken for over 8 months & had a horrible smell & they waited till we turned in our move out notice to fix it. The floors were starting to dip really bad (we were on the second floor) so that's a problem! They tried to say we did not turn in a move notice even though I made them make copies of the signed documents for proof of acknowledgement. Just over all a terrible terrible apartment complexs. 2 stars because I did have some of the coolest niegbors.
