Lived here for like a year. Moved fast. Would not fix a thing, electrical was tripping with the AC tripping the breaker constantly. Their solution? Just turn the breaker back on by the AC every time it goes off and showed me how do it. It would go off every 30 minutes so I stopped using it. My PGE bill was 900 without a working AC. Texted landlord multiple times with emails. Nada. Between the mold, and pests I was done. Up and left cause I have a medical device that needs to be under a certain temp. It would be 95 on hot summer days because the old windows and with no AC it was inhabitable for me. When we left a neighbor told me they had to rewire the whole unit etc. crazy. It could have caught on fire.

My brother lives here. I have many friends who live here, all in the adults only section. These apartments are really nice for the value. Yes, there is a waiting list. The best thing to do is check with management in person monthly to find out where you fall on the waiting list.

If you want mold all over your house, cockroaches and & maintenance to show up whenever they feel like it say no more !!

Omg where do I start. DON'T RENT HERE RUN FOR THE HILLS I wouldn't recommended this place to my worst enemy it's been nothing but a constant problem since I moved in here and it's only been 2 months so I can imagine what other people who have lived here longer go thru from the bugs to the major things like the heater not working it was leaking carbon monoxide I had to call the fire department because the alarms were going off spent 2 hours standing outside at night in the cold while they tried to get the levels down with my two kids all while I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant not to mention my stove is also leaking carbon monoxide. My garage door broke almost fell on my car. Whenever I call I get the run around or they say yea we'll send maintenance out to fix it. My stove and heater haven't been

They let the trashiest people ever move into this place!! It's dirty with litter literally everywhere, broken cars everywhere too. Loud music can be heard all day long. If you are looking for peace and quiet in your residential neighborhood then DO NOT move here. The manager is rude and doesn't care about your health or wellbeing. Crazy black mold problem because the windows are a million years old. This place wouldn't be so bad if it had different management and was totally renovated. On the other hand, the men that come and fix things in my house are very nice and friendly and some of the landscapers here are super friendly too. Most of the time the ladies in the office are nice and friendly too.
