I don’t understand why we have to pay for a lawyer just so this company can go after other home owners that are not keeping up with their payments. A year ago they said they will return our payment and still have not. HOA is ridiculous and a waste of money!!!!

Why is it that I have to drive out of my way to pay homeowner dues every month?! The inconvenience when the service provided is terrible. Part of the dues pay for grass that I don’t even have growing in my yard. And they blow all the street debris into my garage, have ruined the dryer and washer and have scratched my car.

The personnel at this organization are pleasant and courteous. This matters in our society today and these qualities are lacking in most places. I have kudos for the woman in the water department, just wish I could recall her name. I will when next I see her. She made me feel very comfortable.

If I could give this association a 0 I would. This is honestly the worse homeowners association I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT purchase a property/home that is within this homeowners association. The fees are supposed to include yard work while my yard looks absolutely disgusting and while paying $220 A MONTH for this service. So again, if you are to purchase within this association, you will be paying $220 a month for nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Oh and good luck getting ahold of someone from the HOA when needing to contact them. STAY AWAY FROM CASSIDY HOMES.

If I could leave a no star I would built my home next to his 3 mansions 3 years non stop noise stress cracks in my house due to pounding building his family homes,flooded my back yard upon getting a delivery hit the hydrant,his building supervisor does nothing but pass the buck truly unprofessional if the shoe was on other foot im sure they would complain
